This Face ID can feel you slower than using a fingerprint. In the previous iPhones, you can go directly to home screen after unlocking by finger. In the iPhone X, you have to swipe up after unlocking by face ID.

Front camera is a bit better

Everyone might notice that lower-light photos have less blur as a result. But for the most of part, the images from an iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X are much closer in quality.
What about that new OLED screen

This is Apple’s first OLED screen, which represents more sprightly colors. It is thinner than an LCD screen. The colors of pop and images are sharp, but if you look at it from an angle, it displays a blue-ish hue.
A learning curve that isn’t very Apple
To fill the need of Home button, the iPhone X has added new gestures with swipe option. The process of learning them is a pain, and some of the new options are more work than before.
Go back to your home screen in place of pressing a button, from the bottom you do a small swipe up of the display. Another example: To go to the Control Center, you have to swipe down from the top-right corner of the device, which is out of the way-for-most thumbs.
OK, but should I buy it?
If you want the best smartphone camera in comfortable size, the iPhone X is the choice. The selfie fans will find joy with the front-facing camera’s features and integration with apps in the future.
